When I picked Ell up from daycare today, I asked one of the caregivers, Amber, if Ell had just woken up. The lights were out because of the power but she was just not her usual self. Amber's reply: "oh no, she is awake, she has been up since 3. She just got done showing Isabelle what's up. Isabelle took Ellie's phone away so Ellie yelled at her, chased her down, and took the phone back. It's o.k., she had it first."
Well then. No concerns about her ability to be assertive. I was going to label this post as "big girl boots" but decided otherwise:)
