When Mommy Is Away

Sometimes it is necessary to leave your baby with your husband and go to work for a day.  Today was one of those days.  You may need to call and check in to make sure that everything is alright.  They may tell you that it is really easy and they just don't know what you are talking about when you say that it is difficult some days.  They also might tell you that they "could do this everyday, cause she is fine."

Then you might let them know that your last client arrived an hour late so you will be home an hour later.  And they just may text you a bunch of swears.  Which they will of course apologize for at a later time.  Because they are a good husband like that.  But you still worried.  Try not to worry too much though, because they will send you text updates throughout the day in an attempt to reassure you. 




Don't worry that your baby will spend all day half dressed.  They will dress her in pink socks and a yellow onesie and she will look like a baby prom queen.

And they will send you a pic informing you of everything baby is doing.  Like puking on your pillow.

Or a pic showing you what a good little sleeping baby you have.  Yes, baby may have the majority of the outfit she is wearing behind her head.  But no worries for you.  It's doubling as a headrest.

If you are lucky, they may even send you a pic of her poo diaper, but I will let you use your imagination there, since only boys take pics of poo.  See? I bet you feel better already!
